      Yes, absolutely. Most of the time I'm on a cane. So if I'm in a flair, or just more symptoms even, or even my back hurts from spasms, it comes out. I keep it next to my chair.

      Yes! I did for a while! I lost the ability to walk, and I had to rely on wheel chairs and walkers. I did physical therapy for a while, and it helped me to gain a lot of my strength back. I have not had to use on for about two years now!
