Helped my thoracic pain but worsened my lumbar. Think it really depends on you. Like for me if I stretch my hips and low back it hurts worse because they’re locked in with my muscles to compensate. So after I always hurt worse. Fix for that is strengthen surrounding muscles so the release of massage, stretching, or chiropractic isn’t as painful after and do more damage because my body is too loose to compensate. I would recommend have a chiropractor work on an area that isn’t as bad and see how it is versus focusing on the biggest source of pain and it possibly getting worse right off the bat.

Ive only been to one but the guy was amazing. He would never crack me though. He was specialized for people with sensitive backs that shouldn't be cracked. He would take out two tools everytime, one was a massage gun, the other gun pulsed pressure through your back and I could feel it in my foot(in a good way). At the end of every session my back was lined up again, I'm still seeing him to this day. My doctor said there are chiropractors that will do that for your whole life btw.

Honestly, i asked my rheumatologist if i could see a chiropractor and they said no. But that i could crack my own back. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I hear it's mostly bad news to go. Good luck though!

I went to a chiropractor and it made me feel so much better short term but ended up with me having a horrible flare up that landed me in physical therapy ://

I had a chiropractor who greatly helped my spine, but after a while I stopped seeing him because it was recommended I not see one with cervical instability.

The chiropractor worsened my condition severely. I do not recommend I’m now preparing for emergency surgery w/ out it I’ll might suffer paralysis.
