Has anyone noticed maybe that they are getting nauseated from looking at their phones too much ? Or maybe it’s the 5g towers I’m starting to notice a pattern here

Do you use blue light filters?

@AnxiousAl there are phone apps you can look up for it. Blue light is the wavelength of light used for phones and computers and such. It can overstimulate the brain and trigger headaches, which can lead to nausea. Having one installed on my phone has helped both with my wife's nausea and mine.

I definitely get nausea from looking at my phone, I think for me its the stigmatism? TV screens don't have either
