Does anyone have medicine they take for breakthrough pain that really works for them? I took narcotics on and off for about 13 years after being diagnosed, and finally a little over 2 years ago I stopped. But I’m at a point where when I get incredibly bad being at a loss. Anybody have anything that works for them?

I take Methocarbamol for breakthrough pain. It's a muscle relaxer, but I find that it helps. I also find that my third dose of Lyrica helps too.

@animalfriends Thank you! Sorry, I didn’t see this. What dosage/frequency do you take of Lyrica? I have it for emergency at 150 mg, but I honestly don’t find any help for CRPS pain from it. It does help my endometriosis pain, though.
