I tend to have a hard time starting assignments that I would ideally like to complete early/before the deadline. Do you have any tips or strategies that allow you to be more productive (and organized)?

The biggest helper for me has been to ditch stimulant medication, go to bed around 9:45, wake up at 6:30, eat a light breakfast, take a good pre workout, and exercise for 45 minutes. adhd doesn’t even exist for me anymore. I’m in my first semester at college and got a 4.0, and I barely graduated high school. Also, don’t eat a single meal without at least some protein. Ideally meat.

since I know adhd is mostly a lack of dopamine which I need for stimulation and stuff, I try doing somw small, easy tasks first. kt makes me more confident and in the mood to get stuff done when I'm already pumped up. breaking it down into smaller bits, having people hold mw accountable, and alternating between tasks also helps. I procrastinate on one thing by working on another

      Find an intrinsic motivator.

@Phasers Just so I can get a better idea of it, would you mind if I ask what yours is?
