I got a double mastectomy in 2013 and I’m trying to date again, my question is when is the best time to mention to date that I no longer have my breast?

I am so sorry you had to go through that but I'm sure if and when you are open and honest that person will understand. Anyone should accept you if they are willing to lose you and willing to love you when they accept you. Be honest and tell them when you feel is necessary. It won't hurt to be straight forward.
