I have several systems of lupus (and some doctors agree that is what is going on) but my ANA is negative. Has anyone else experienced this?

I’ve also bounced back and forth on positive and negative. I have no clue why it is that way. I was told to focus on the inflammation markers, kidney function levels, and that sort of thing.

Hi! I’ve tested positive and negative several times. Even negative after testing positive. I’ve also noticed that the worse I feel, the better my bloodwork looks. Lupus is such a strange illness. It took me over a decade to get diagnosed. Take care of you! The only way to get answers is to keep searching for them.
