Look up "The Tapping Solution". It has helped me at times and it's worth at least trying.
I was skeptical about breathing exercises too! What's important for me is that it helps my heart rate calm down, which lessens the stress and panic the anxiety causes

I’ve tired so many different things but this sounds not smart but never actual breathing exercises I always think ehh they won’t help.
I agree with the deep breathing. I also find doing something I have control over like painting helps!

deep breathing works the best for me. also once you’ve calmed a bit from deep breathing use distractions like watching a show or listening to music. i hope it works for you
