Improving Quality of Life with Anxiety Medication

Reduce the amount of time you watch the news and then read something that is mellow, watch uplifting shows and films, and listen to music that is uplifting too. This doesn’t mean that you have to give up your favorite ways of entertainment. You just need to take a break from your usual entertainment and cool down. You can listen to zero horned jazz, listen to the sounds of nature, (if you are a religious person) you can listen to chants, hymns, and/or a podcast from a religious leader, and/or listen to white noise.
