These have helped me. I don't know if they will help but this is what I do. I make things *only* for chores. A TV show I watch while folding laundry is *only* for folding laundry. Make a list, what do you need to do? Brush teeth? Put it on the list. Change clothes? List. Any small thing go into that list. Cut the list and put all the chores in a bag or hat. Pull one out. Do that chore and only that chore. Don't focus on anything else. After that chore, give yourself a reward. My anxiety and depression love the reward system. Do you have any appointments for a certain day? Put it on a calendar, a physical one is preferred. Focus on only that day, don't focus on tomorrow or what you could do yesterday. Only focus on today and that's it. When you complete something you get the satisfaction of crossing it off if it's on a physical calendar. Take time for yourself, I give myself a fifteen minute break after an hour of chores. It used to be a five minute break after every chore, no matter how long it really took me. Make it a habit in the morning to prep talk yourself in the mirror. You may feel crazy but it works very well. The things I say is "I have (insert thing here) and (insert thing here), I can do these things at (time) and (time). I can do this. I have the strength to do this. I am strong for not giving up and not stopping. I got this today." And other versions of that. This might help and it might not. Everyone is different. And if you ever wanna talk my dms are always open.

Keep yourself busy. That's my number one thing! A fun one is find a show that you really like.

I try to remember to take care of myself. Like showering(even if I have to sit down because standing even feels like too much), brushing my teeth, hair, and basic self care. Remembering to love yourself helps alot ❤️
