How do you deal with binge eating AND restricting? I’ve slipped into binging again and I’m trying to find a healthy balance but I fear falling too deep into the restriction. I don’t know what to do and it’s making me go crazy inside all I can think about is food unless i’m fully distracted. When I’m trying to fall asleep at night or just trying to relax it’s food food food food food food food!!!!!!!

three meals a day and following the portions on the boxes and if you’re still hungry have fruit of veggies as a snack
It's been really hard for me to figure out as well. I really have been keeping it in the mindset of getting a healthy relationship with food. Eat when I'm hungry, don't judge what I choose, listen to my body. Also working on my internalized fatphobia had helped as well. Nourishing my body in a non judgemental way, if I mess up by binging or restricting I try hard to not get upset. I look back and analyze what happened and try to figure out what signals that my body was giving me that I missed. I wish you the best. Stay strong friend!
