I have rapid cycling bipolar disorder. It is usually seasonal. I’m typically more more often 180 intense depression and intense mania May/June through October/November. Does anyone else experience seasonal changes?

I was hospitalized w my first manic episode last Oct. THIS year, however, I’m feeling depressed- really dreading winter. I’m so affected by the lack of sunlight 😥

Spring and fall tend to be the worst times. Sometimes I think it's because mother nature is bipolar in those seasons.

Yes. Mine tends to be a little more potent in the fall, due to seasonal changes, and other PTSD related stuff that also happened in the fall.
@DeaconBlues thanks for sharing. I hate winter, love summer. It kills me that I have my lowest of lows during my favorite time of year. At least I get to really enjoy to the extreme when I’m manic.
