i have really impulsive moments on my bad days- from taking 5x dosage of my meds to lashing out and crying to going out in the cold in just a shirt and shorts. i don't know how to stop myself, once my day goes even a little in the wrong direction there's no saving it. in the moment i can say that i'm overreacting but there's som little impulse that doesn't let me stop. i scare myself and it's only so much longer before i scare all of the people i care about away too. i don't know what to do or how to regulate myself :(
