@Nina716 yes I have horrible gut issues and have been diagnosed with lymphocytic colitis. Sometimes I have to stay home cuz I can't leave my toilet for one reason or othe other, then add migraines and fatigue and Holy moly. Lots of down days

I don't puke anymore. It comes out the other end now...
I puked daily for 10 years, lost my gall bladder, and it got better.. but I live off promethazine. That drug has helped alot, even if only for a lil bit

Yes I’m to the point I think it causes a stomach ulcer
I always carry stress in my stomach it makes me totally nauseous

I've never actually puked but having the feeling of puking all the time is just as bad. I feel like my mental symptoms are really doing good but the physical parts of anxiety still beat me up daily
