I’m crying bc I feel like I try my best always and ppl just don’t seem to see that. Today I had an evaluation at my job (at a grocery store) and they said my focus, memory, etc needs improvement…legit that’s my disability! It sucks bc I feel so powerless and stupid…I’m trying my best as a full time college student.

Your worth is not defined by what you do; you are not your ADHD, and it doesn't define you. Nor is ADHD a bad thing. If you feel you can, maybe talk to someone above you in position at your work, ask them for advice regarding the situation. It's not a bad thing to need help - it's we're made and that's okay. We need other people and that's a blessing in and of itself 😊 If you can't talk to someone at work, ask someone you trust about it. Even if they can't give advice, sometimes just having a listening ear helps. I know that letting myself think out loud sometimes helps, too. You are loved, you are important, you are unique😊 You were made for a reason. One of my fav youtubers (HowtoADHD) says that it's not a disability - it's a superpower. I definitely recommend her channel. She gives great advice.

While I don’t know exactly what you’re going through I too have a disability and mental illness and a full time college student and I can say my work has been the only place I can go to that supports me these days at least it seems that way.
