How can I stop getting nosebleeds?

My cousins swear by putting soap in their nostrils every day. Apparently it irritates the skin and makes it get thicker and helps with bleeding. I haven’t tried it because soap in my nostrils doesn’t sound fun but also I always forget.

Nope not on any medications. A humidifier is a good idea I think I’ll try that. Thanks!
