Every single day this year so far I’ve struggled to get out of bed before noon. I wake up with no motivation and sometimes will cry for 1-3 hours before actually getting out of bed. Any advice on how to get a healthy consistent schedule going?

Breaking things down to make them attainable is key!! Sometimes even just getting out of bed can be extremely intimidating. Obviously it’s not perfect but I try my best to make lists that are really detailed. Getting out of bed, brushing teeth, etc. that way I feel like I’m accomplishing something. Even getting out of bed can be broken up by sitting up shifting your legs standing up. Timers also can come in handy. Setting a timer 30 minutes after you wake up in order to get out of bed even if it just means you shift to the couch and lay down again. It’s all about the small victories
