Need help identifying a weird neck symptom

Hey I am new to this app in attempt to try and find someone else that has experienced this specific symptom I have been dealing with recently. It isn’t consistent and some days I don’t have it at all and others I have it all day. It is this weird tense feeling in my neck. Not just in the back, but on the sides and front of my neck too. I don’t have trouble swallowing or breathing, and it isn’t my throat. It feels muscular. It’s just this tight tense stiff feeling and I can’t find what it could be. The closest possible thing I relate to is TMJ because it does radiate up into my jaw and I have many other symptoms of TMJ. Does anyone else ever feel this? And some days I also have a tremor on my smile and on my neck when I flex it. It’s hard to explain and I can’t find anything on Google.
