Hello! I have a question for y’all out there. I’m not quite sure what exactly is happening to make me this way now, but I’ve been becoming mute after panic attacks for the rest of the day or even the following days after. Panic attacks have been quite the common thing for over a year now, and I have been mute before, but it only happened every once in a blue moon and never lasted more than the night. I’ve done a little reading on it and it seems like this could be a reaction from Dissociative PTSD. Does anyone else do this? Are there any resources/tips/advice you can give? It’s generally made my life much more difficult and I’m frustrated with it all. Any help/relation/chat would be much appreciated! Thanks for reading this long winded post!
