I’ve been having a hard time keeping a job due to panic attacks and overall anxiety. Does anyone know any entry level jobs that doesn’t involve heavy social interaction? Or tips on how you cope with work anxiety?

I’m a waitress and I find it helpful to take mindfulness breaks during my shift! Finding a flexible boss who understands your condition is a great help. I also find it helpful to stick to a script when speaking to people that way I don’t have to think much about socializing!

When this first happened with me, I found a job I could do from home. Maybe there is something you can do as well. There are tons of legit work from home jobs. I hope you find what you need. ❤️

I started looking into jobs that involved animals, like at doggy day care and dog hotels.

I’m currently experiencing the same thing. I’m on my 3rd job in 6 months. Right now I’m working with a company answering phones and booking appointments. I never have to see the customers in person, which helps a lot. Occasionally I get a very angry customer on the phone, but I find it helps that you can just mute them for a minute or transfer it to a manager instead of dealing with them face to face.
