Hi, I have hashimito hypothyroidism since 2013 and I used to take 50 mcg and my condition was good but suddenly I started feeling tired , unsteady when I walk and weak. I tried everything and doctors for treatment but nothing worked. If they increase my dose my condition gets worse and my tsh level is more than 20. I don’t know what to do?

Hashimoto’s and Celiac disease (usually) go hand in hand. Have you tried going gluten free and seeing if your symptoms improve?

I second that. Hashimoto’s was the tip of the iceberg for me. 7 years in and I’m still digging for the root cause. Every time I think I’ve found it, something new pops up.

Hashimoto’s is one thing but it could be a whole host of other health issues coming to the surface ( speaking from experience). My Hashimoto’s diagnosis was only the beginning. I would seek out a good functional medicine practitioner, it saved me from loosing everything. And the above advise is great too as she knows a lot about Hashimoto’s.

Hashimotos is an autoimmune disorder which means there is some sort of trigger exacerbating your condition. Check out Isabella Wentz's website. She has some really good info.
