About half a year into finding the right levothyroxine dose, and I’m still so tired all the time. Does anyone have any treatment options that have worked really well?

You may need t3 medication. You could be not converting from T4 to to T3 well. A T3 medication like cytomel skips that process and gives you the active thyroid hormone directly. Also look into armour thyroid. It’s bio identical and not synthetic like Levo. Also look for a naturopathic medical doctor instead. They are up to date on thyroid treatment unlike Endos

I use Armour now. Was on NP, but can’t find it anymore. Synthetics don’t work for me at all. Wishing you good health.

I had this problem and am now on Armour Thyroid, which has T1, T2, T3, and T4 in it. I couldn’t convert from T3 to T4 as the other member mentioned. Once I switched I felt like a whole new person
Thank you! Right now I’m only seeing my PCP, so I should probably find at least someone who specializes. Is that a simple blood test to determine if my T3 and T4 are okay? Can I ask my PCP to run that? I think they only run TSH right now
