I’ve been having insomnia which, of course, exacerbates symptoms of ADHD. Any tips for fighting insomnia? Here’s my experience with exacerbated symptoms today so far after 3 days of extremely poor sleep: even though I *think I* took my medications today, I totally forgot whether I did or not, and experienced some ridiculous levels of time blindness both doing an assignment in the morning (should’ve been done in 25 minutes and accidentally took 45) and in the shower (usually go through 2-3 songs on a playlist but today went through 5 and didn’t realize it) and also probably while I write this post too lol
