I’m currently really struggling to cope with balancing uni and my pain since I have no forms of pain relief that works yet and I have no idea what to do to try and help, I’ve used ice, freeze spray, deep heat, heat packs, resting it, taping, supports and any suggestions for how to relieve it a bit would be great because crutches and uni are a horrible mix 😂

Have you tried asking to be referred to a pain doctor? They may be able to help you with your pain better? Also check out what accommodations you are entitled to at Uni through the disability office

@Ballet_Bot23 I’ve tried asking for a referral to the pain clinic multiple times and was kinda of just ignored but I have a review coming up soon as I’ve just started new meds once again so I’ll ask then I never thought about a pain specialist and I have a learning support plan and DSA supports in place at uni but it isn’t much help for the days I’m in too much pain to go in it’s mostly just that they’re understanding of it
