Ankle Pain Under the Ball of Joint

Sometimes but mainly if I've done walking than normal or been busy around the house. It really hurts, I don't know I could deal with it all the time! Ankles and feet can be very painful because they are such complex joints, they have many muscle groups, small orthopedic components, cartilage, tendons and ligaments...
