Yes, that is a common symptom. More common is neck stiffness, muscle/tendon/fascia pain, and chronic fatigue/tiredness. And then like 40+ other symptoms as well (peeing in the middle of the night, anxiety/irritability, digestive problems, etc), but the pain/tightness (especially in the neck and back) and weird sleepy feeling are super common.
