Chest pain has been pretty consistent for a couple weeks now. High levels of anxiety for the past couple decades and wondering if it’s catching up to me physically. Because when my anxiety isn’t bad and my headspace is good… my chest is still in pain.

Chronic Migraine

Bipolar disorder with psychotic features

I am really forgetting, what the name of it is (I will post about it if I find) I learned a while ago that there was this feeling that happened right around your chest that everybody thought was related to a heart attack but it’s not. I think it’s something with syndrome in the name.
