    Listening to music helps, writing does too

    Writing is really good for me because it helps me keep my thoughts in line and separate my divergent voices when I'm in a spell. The voice on the page is normally the divergent one, I don't really think when I'm writing its the other brain working mostly, it helps me sort out how part of me is really feeling rather than the two sides or more sides fighting for control of the voice
