What do most people eat on a daily basis. My go to is rice and potatoes but I’m getting really sick of those things.

      Usually an easy on the tummy protein shake for breakfast. Unsweetened hot teas (light, not dark or highly flavored) Small snacks throughout the day (goldfish, crackers, applesauce, Popsicles, peeled cucumber, easy foods) Grilled chicken or fish(salt and pepper only) Some kind of bread. Non multigrain. Sweet potatoes w/o skin are usually easier for me. Bananas 🙏 Veggies peeled and/or minced, cooked down to mush. Ginger (peeled and sliced) - I put this in my water overnight and some in my tea.

      Rice and plain rotisserie chicken. Sometimes salmon with rice. Mashed potatoes without the skin. I’m pretty basic too.
