I had fracture knee on 1/1/22 and had a surgery but I’m not getting ROM and in still in pain. Doctor said I built a lot of scar tissue so I had arthroscopy with manipulation on 7/12/22 but pain is so bad still and I’m doing PT day of my surgery and it’s pretty tough now. I’m in such a pain and still feel stiffness and I really don’t feel like I’m going to get better or get range of motion back. It gets so stiff within litterally 10 min later I workout. Every part of my body hurts. Anybody went through this or going through this now?
