Yes I can relate! I use to feel that way as well! I found that I needed to get away from social media and the news as it made my anxiety and depression so bad! Take a break from them and focus on only you! Do a spa type thing for yourself! If you need to do it with a best friend at home! Or if you can try and do it at a location you feel comfortable with!! It is time to focus on you and not everything else. Once you do that you will feel better!
