Constant Body Aches - Need Advice

Hey there—coming from a person whom if they don’t go into a regularly scheduled Chiropractor appointment, a slight turn in my hip will make me seize in pain, nighttime aches are the worst and I definitely recommend ten minutes of floor time if you want to—my chiropractor also told me to not sleep on a specific side of my body! (Right or left)
