      I am so miserable right now. I'm anxious about almost everything and life stress situations aren't making this any easier

      Today I feel like a failure because I couldn't make it to work. Yesterday thought I was doing good cause I could work. I'm really feeling the 2 steps forward and 10 steps back today. I started meds to help with my extreme anxiety, and unfortunately it's made things worse for me.

        @mem0000 oh no the meds made you worse? This 8s what makes me so scared to take them. How did it make you feel what are you on? Sorry you are going through this. Anxiety sure foes syck it

          @kay3 they made me feel terrible. I was nauseous, could not eat. Like could not force myself to swallow, headaches, lightheaded, and panic attacks almost daily. I was only on zoloft for 9 days before I quit
