do salt tablets help you? i only recently got my diagnosis and i’ve yet to try much to help, my meds have been adjusted but i know people talk about salt a lot when it comes to pots! i have the biggest sweet tooth but may have to find a way to introduce more salt because i’ve been fainting more often recently.
