I use CBT and mindfulness. I was very skeptical in the beginning, but I feel it helped me to gain control over myself.
I also am in CBT therapy. I will start my session next month. Although therapy might help I wish I could add medicine to my treatment. I am thinking about talking to my therapist about trying CBD oil. Any advice if it worked for anyone? Thanks.
I tried Cbd oil and for some times it’s best for when I’m at home and need it to calm my racing thoughts. As for ptsd and the pseudo seizures I can’t say that it’s worked for me. I have them very frequently. I say writing out my thoughts before they happen and mindfulness or grounding techniques
