I hate that I always get sick after having fun. It’s as if my body just wants me to never have fun! I went to a rodeo last night and had a great time. I had so much fun, but I ate two nachos (just two chips) without thinking about my stomach. I was able to sleep for awhile, but I started waking up and feeling awful. I woke up at 6 this morning and have feeling like garbage ever since. I am trying to do some IBS hypnosis therapy, but it’s not working. My stomach is sour, my whole body is shaking, and I just feel bad. I really want to go back to sleep and be okay… I just hate that this always happens after I have a great day. Why can’t I just have fun and not have to worry about if I’ll get sick? It’s not fair. I’m only 19 and have my entire life ahead of me! But that life will be filled with nothing but stomach pain… It’s just not fair. :(

I have the same thought so I know how you feel. I'm 26 and going out shopping makes me feel drained esp when it's hot out. Vacations are difficult due to altered sleep schedules and my gut usually gets mad at me too even on my regular diet. Are you on any gut healing protocols or diets?
