Struggling to Forgive with BPD

It's very hard for me to forgive especially when I've made myself niave for the benefit of the doubt. Grudges are my friend in most cases

I believe it does, since it is a trauma based disorder and when you have trauma you brain tends to cling onto the little things that bother you. I personally have kept grudges from years ago against people that I don't even talk to anymore.

i find that it does. i tend to remember things that happened YEARS ago and i get mad about it. i hold grudges easily and have a hard time forgiving and letting go.
