Tapering off Risperdal after 6 years - advice needed

Asking again. Does anyone have experience with tapering down or off of Risperdal? Been on for 6 years. Not sure how it's gonna go. If you have any info, please share!

      @E_belli check out what others have said about their experience with weaning from that medication. YouTube has some stuff. Michaela Peterson has some podcasts and videos about the process and what to expect when weaning from those types of meds. But just remember that not everyone's experience is the same. Some ppl have a hard time. Some ppl... not so much. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Trying to trust your body, trust the process, and go with the flow will be beneficial. Staying in the present always helps me. 🥰

        @Zeeloo i’m trying. 1mg less per month. Its okay. I'm just not sure what to expect when it's over.
