Hi guys, just making the weekly post lol. My right knee dislocated this evening and I can’t walk. My bedroom is upstairs. I have HEDS and it heavily affects my life. I cannot bend or move any muscles or ligaments in my right leg without tear jerking pain. My knee started dislocated which is uncommon since before now they’ve went back on their own. I cannot get up or down on my own and neither Ice nor heat are helping. I have braces but they make the pain worse. Any suggestions?
