    never done any therapies specifically for PTSD yet, I'm interested in trying that and EMDR. it's been hard to find the right therapist for me

    If you ever want to try havening, google Dr. Ronald Ruden and his office, he has a waitlist but he and his brother developed the technique and I’ve made amazing progress with him
