I take it and I absolutely hate it. It's now known that Abilify can cause impulsivity which lead to shopping and gambling addictions. Ever since I've been on Abilify, I have an extremely hard time controlling my spending. But it does even out my mood. YMMV
I was put on it alongside lexapro when I was 13 and it was awful. Throwing up, anxiety attacks, feeling numb, fatigue, weight gain! I got taken off it and then after being in in-patient when I was 20 I was put back on it with lexapro again just to be ripped off both of them in replacement of trilepal! I recently got a genesight kit done and the results of that showed the worst clash with my genes and abilify so go figure ig 😂
