Recovering from Front Knee Pain

Btw no swollen, just pain. It does come when I do walk or hike. It’s getting better now but still there. It was much worse 6 months ago, sometimes it did stopped me from walking or even standing but now it’s much less painful. I saw chiropractor she highlighted my unbalanced body towards my right feet which’s likely because of the pain on my left knee. I don’t know what to do and I don’t have much trust on doctors. I wanna go back doing triathlons
