      I always had dizzy spell and when I was younger doctors just pushed me off and said it’s nothing . I got ekg in 2019 when I told my primary doctor about it. It turned out I have wpw syndrome . I go to a doctor and get checked out and make sure it’s nothing serious. I disregarded mine and I was born with my heart condition. I hope you find the answers . Also I’m off and on anemic which can cause feeling weak as well.

        @Heartracer once in awhile it’s not a everything thing I thinking it maybe right after I eat and sleep or when I’m waken up out of my sleep abruptly

          @AnxiousAl that happened to me today I was beat ..I woke up dizzy and really weak and kinda nauseous I ended up in the emergency room and all they said was it was my blood pressure

      Yeah I took a nap after I took my HBP medicine and when I got up quick I thought it was lights out
