I made it 13 weeks without having any suicidal thoughts… then I relapsed. I keep relapsing once I make even a little progress. I don’t really care if I live or die either. Am I a lost cause?

You are absolutely not a lost cause. Healing is never linear, we all have our moments, relapses, or meltdowns, so please don't beat yourself up for this. You are allowed to not be perfect, it is okay to be stuck in a rough patch no matter for how long. Go easy on yourself, you've made it this long so I believe in you to hold on for a bit longer, you deserve to see those better days ahead

Nope, you're not a lost cause. We all have our moments and don't beat yourself up for having a rough time. Go easy on yourself and pamper yourself a bit. I know it's tough, hang in there friend.

Ofc not, you need someone or something to keep you from relapsing, to keep your mind off it, I'm here if you need to talk and there are a lot of people on here that can help as well :)
