Journaling, CBT, and being outside/moving your body in anyway possible has helped me tremendously! Guided meditations and affirmations are also life changers 💕

My top coping mechanisms are self compassion and lowering expectations for myself. Won’t be as disappointed in myself if the bar is lower haha. Also accepting coping mechanisms that are often deemed unhealthy as long as it isn’t harming me. Like having a snack or buying something. Another thing is focusing on what naturally gets me interested instead of doing something because other people like it a lot. Hope you have fun experimenting and find some good coping mechanisms just for you ❤️
