How many units does everyone take when trying to get your high blood sugar down. Like my blood sugar was 203 and going up, so I took 2 units to get it to come back down.

Right, I use the freestyle libre 2 to watch my blood sugars also. I really like it

      I take 1 unit per 100 high. Like 2 for 200 or 3 for 300.

When my blood sugar is 180 I take one unit. Then 1 unit for every 50 it goes higher.

I usually take 1 unit per 50 when fixing high blood sugars. There are some foods that slowly continue to rise for about 3 hours so I take more if needed. Using the freestyle libre 2 helps with monitoring sugar levels.

that’s not going to work, I use 15 - 25 units for 203 I just take 10 units but check with your doctor first. Everyone is different.
