Any tips on being direct with a doctor and pushing that you think there’s more to what’s going on than their conclusion without seeming like you don’t respect their training/qualification?

You just have to be forthright. Tell them why you believe their diagnosis is inaccurate and have them explain to you why they believe they have the right diagnosis. And if their explanation doesn't cover the majority of your symptoms or what you're experiencing then ask them to explain why their diagnosis doesn't cover said things but is still the right one. They'll get uptight still but it's the only way to get them to understand that their diagnosis may not be correct even though you aren't the doctor.

@witchykitty another thing that can help is if you have an idea of what it might be bring some resources like other people's experiences to "back up" what your saying so it tells your doctor that you aren't straight up doubting them just sharing what you've observed

@Neverlandgirl yes it's important that you explain your reasons why you doubt the diagnosis and why you believe that the diagnosis(es) you've looked into are correct instead.
