Hey everyone!! I think I have anorexia, which is basically an eating disorder where you don’t eat a lot and it’s not to get skinny, it’s just because you have a loss of appetite or don’t have the motivation to eat. I’ve been doing this for at least 2-3 years now and I really wanna stop. Please give me tips!I also have a lot of anxiety all of the time and I fidget a lot which seems to annoy others so please help me stop 😭
