Changing Medications: Is it Necessary?

If your medications work well, and you don’t suffer from any side effects, I think you should stick to them. If you’re taking meds that are supposed to be used for a short period like steroids, then maybe it would be wise to ask your doctor about that

That depends. Does your current medication work for relief of symptoms? If so, I wouldn’t stir the pot by changing meds. If they aren’t working than trying another medication may be indicated.
