It never really helped me. It was the first medication I took after my diagnosis, didn't help the physical symptoms, and made the mental side of FM so so much worse. My fibro fog got nearly unbearable (luckily, I was on summer break from college), my depression skyrocketed, and I was sleeping 14+ hours a day.
